Healthy Habits

Ready to learn and have lot´s of fun? 

Give me an "Oh yeah!"

We have been working hard and we need to get some energy so let´s learn a bit about group food.
So to sum up, we can say that there are five food groups.


Yes, we need to have a balanced diet. 

What is a balance diet?

TIME TO PLAY!


A balance diet keeps you healthy, gives you energy, helps you grow  and keeps you strong.

So........... Have a balanced diet, do exercise and drink water

What happens if you get ill?    No problem! 

We have great people that will help us. 

What is being healthy or ill?
You are healthy when your body works well.  
You are ill when your body does not work well.

    If you have a headache, take an aspirin

      If you have a fever, take your temperature

        If you have a broken arm, have an x-ray


          If you have a stomachache, go to the doctor


The pediatrician , a doctor for children.


 The dentist looks after your teeth.



 The optician looks after your eyes.

      So be happy, don´t worry!


An Apple a day, keeps the doctor away and a great breakfast will give you the energy!!!
